Ethical Policy

Here at Remoti we understand that the control of animals in countryside management can be a controversial topic.

Firstly we would encourage all our customers to ensure they are following both the law and best practice guidelines (as given by the relevant governing body) in developing their countryside management plan.

Second we believe that the Remoti system gives our customers the opportunity to develop a more humane trapping strategy which significantly reduces none-target species take. Our work with Red Squirrel groups across the UK demonstrates how none-target species take can be significantly reduced with the use of live catch traps.

Finally we think Remoti presents our customers with viable alternatives to culling - such as wide area vaccination and relocation programmes.
